We are looking for a person with a proven track record within the industry as a contracts manager or contracts engineer, a person that is dedicated to their roles, self-motivated and able to deliver the high standards of quality required by the company. The successful candidate will be based within our Colchester office and will be involved in various types of ductwork & ventilation projects located throughout the UK, with project values ranging from a few thousand pounds up half a million pounds.
Responsibilities would include liaison with customers, procurement, resourcing of site labour, management of site labour and financial matters. Experience in estimating and AutoCAD drawing would be beneficial to the position.
The position is full-time and would suit someone that is self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative.
Successful candidate would be provided with a fully expensed company vehicle, mobile phone & laptop.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
Familiar with HVCA DW144, DW143 & DW172
Experience of AutoCAD
Experience of Ensign estimating & QS systems
Computer literate
CSCS
Driving license (full)
